Join us at JJ’s Pub for the Pelican Lakes Conservation Club’s 11th Annual Kraut Fest on Saturday, September 22nd! The PLCC will be serving up pork sandwiches, beans, German potato salad and SAUERKRAUT for just $6.00 per person. Come out and support this great organization. The fun starts at noon in front of JJ’s Pub. We hope to see you there!

Make the most of the last holiday of the summer with a full three-day weekend of fun at the Commander and JJ’s Pub!  We kick things off with the Pelican Lakes Conservation Club’s Meat Raffle at JJ’s Pub starting at 5:30 on Friday.  Friday and Saturday there’s a party at the Commander with “Brat Pack Radio” from 9:00pm to 1:00am.  JJ’s Pub Bar Bingo is at 2pm on Saturday, and music by Mark Stary follows at 5pm.  Sunday night at 9:00pm “Them Pesky Kids” continue the party at the Commander.  And we’ll end the weekend on Monday night with Commander Karaoke at 7:00pm! Come on out to the Commander in Breezy Point to sing your heart out and win some moola!!  Karaoke is every Sunday at 7:00pm (Monday on Memorial weekend) and prior to the finals, you will need to qualify on one of the following nights: Sunday, May 20^th, Monday, May 28^th, or Sunday, June 3^rd.  Finals will be held Sunday, June 10^th.

Bring all of your friends and family for support!  You must be 21 or older to participate in the contest, but if you’re under 21, you can cheer on your favorite contestant until 10PM.  Just a couple of rules: You must register on one of the qualifying nights, no instruments, you must use Commander’s Karaoke music, and most importantly – have fun!  If you have any questions call Matt Dobias 320-493-5779

The golf course manager at Breezy has let us know that the course will not be able to be prepped and ready in time for play on the 28th.
