We are currently looking for Cooks, Bartenders, Servers, and Door Persons (ID check and some bar back assistance) in both day and evening shifts. Full and part time positions are available, but you must be able to work weekends. The Commander has a well known history for great food and exciting entertainment, as well as a fun working atmosphere. Must be 18 to apply, and compensation may vary by position. Put on your most awesome costume and come out for our spooktacular Halloween Party coming up on Saturday, October 30th! We’ll have music by “Audio Circus” and a costume contest with cash prizes — 1st prize is $200! And you don’t want to miss the fantastically scary decor designed by our own witches and goblins!

Live Music is back at the Commander every weekend starting July 2nd! Start off the holiday weekend with Coconut Tiger opening for Cherry Bomb (A tribute to Joan Jett) on Friday and Saturday, July 2nd and 3rd from 8:30 to 12:30. And to keep the holiday weekend party going, Legacy of the Loud will be here Sunday, July 4th! We hope to see you!

Good News — Live music is back again at JJ’s Pub every Saturday 5-9pm! Commander Bar Bingo starts again on Thursday, April 15th at 6:30pm, and the JJ’s Pub Friday Night Meat Raffles will be back starting on April 23rd at 5:30pm! Come see us!

Hey everyone, we’ll be open again at 6:30am on Monday! Our hours at the Commander will be Sunday 6:30am to 10:00pm & Weds thru Saturday 6:30am to 10:00pm (Kitchen closes at 9pm) and Mon-Tues 6:30am to 2:00pm (Kitchen closes at 1pm). JJ’s Pub hours will be Mon-Tues 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Kitchen is closed, but Heggies pizza is available). Weds thru Friday 4:00pm to 10:00pm, Saturday Noon to 10:00pm, and closed on Sunday. The same rules regarding social distancing and mask wearing are still in place, but we will be able to have limited bar seating. Unfortunately, no Bar Bingo, Meat Raffles, or live music for a while yet, but we hope to have those back soon. We’ve missed you and can’t wait to see you!

Join us for Commander Bar Bingo tonight at 6:30pm. The jackpot is $700 in 52 numbers or less. This will be the last bingo for a few weeks so we hope to see you here! As most of you know, the latest restrictions set to go into effect Friday require that we close to indoor dining at least until Dec. 18th. So, we’ll be open until 10pm on Friday, and we will have takeout only available Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8pm. (Our menu is available on the button to the right) We may continue that into early next week depending on inventory, but we will definitely be closed completely from Thanksgiving through December 18th. Due to the new restrictions announced by the Governor this week regarding no bar seating and further reduced occupant capacity, starting this weekend we will not have live music at JJ’s Pub on Saturday nights for the next several weeks. We’re also required to close at 10pm every night (but we’ll still be here every morning bright and early at 6:30am for breakfast!). We’ll be sure to keep you posted as things change, and we thank you for hanging in there with us!
